The present invention relates to a pillow with a built-in speaker having Bluetooth. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pillow with a built-in speaker having Bluetooth which enhances competitiveness of a product that overcomes use limitations by installing a speaker frame to which at least one speaker is fixed and a Bluetooth built-in control panel at one side of an outer circumference of a main body, and installing a connection terminal at the control panel such that the connection terminal is capable of being connected to an electronic device such as a smartphone, thereby enabling the control panel to be interlocked to the smartphone having a Bluetooth function built therein such that music listening is enabled with or without wires.
