According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device comprises: a main body; a flexible display electrically connected to the main body, and attached to be extracted from the main body; a detection unit for detecting extraction of the flexible display; and a control unit for determining an extraction amount of the flexible display based on a signal outputted from the detection unit, and controlling to scroll content displayed in the flexible display in the opposite direction to an extraction direction based on the extraction amount of the flexible display.
