Disclosed is a behavioral big data based-targeting pic-software development kit (SDK) platform system comprising an experience data extraction module and an advertisement server. The experience data extraction module comprises: an advertisement reception part previously receiving advertisement contents from the advertisement server using a scheduler; an advertisement storage part storing advertisement contents received from the advertisement reception part; an event detection part detecting an event generated by an input by a user; an event transmission part transmitting the event detected by the event detection part in real time; and an advertisement executing part comparing the event detected by the event detection part with a predetermined event and advertising with advertisement contents, which are stored in the advertisement storage part in advance before performing a process by the event, to be output in case the event detected by the event detection part is equal to the predetermined event as a comparison result. An advertisement server receives an event from the event transmission part in real time, performs a big data analysis by using the event received in real time and user information of the smart terminal, and transmits selected advertisement contents to the corresponding smart terminal based on a result of the big data analysis. The big data analysis is performed based on a user′s behavior input into the smart terminal or a specific event, and the predetermined advertisement contents are output based on a result of the analysis before performing the specific event, thereby controlling whether to output advertisement contents based on the user′s behavior. Accordingly, an actual advertisement effect is increased, and advertisement costs corresponding to the advertisement effect can be calculated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
