The present invention relates to a fuel management system and method of an LNG ship using duel fuels, which classify propulsion apparatuses according to driving sources, select only a corresponding propulsion apparatus among the propulsion apparatuses classified based on needed power of a main engine of the ship and navigate the LNG ship according to navigation plan information based on the selected propulsion apparatuses. The system comprises: a plurality of the propulsion apparatuses moving the LNG ship in a set direction; a storage device storing navigation related information; a user interface unit, if a navigation route is selected via a navigation condition selection screen, providing a service for selecting a unit distance within the navigation route and providing a service for selecting optimal speed within the unit distance; and a control device, if the navigation route, the unit distance within the navigation route and the optimal speed within the unit distance are input via the user interface unit, estimating needed power information based on the optimal speed, classifying the corresponding propulsion apparatus among the propulsion apparatuses according to the driving source based on the estimated needed power information and providing the classification result, generating driving source information per hour with respect to the selected propulsion apparatuses to generate final navigation information and controlling actuation states of the propulsion apparatuses selected according to the generated navigation information. Therefore, the present invention can save energy consumption according to the navigation of the LNG ship.
