The present invention relates to activated carbon nanotube-graphene structures having a three-dimensional structure and a method for fabricating the same. The method for fabricating three-dimensional carbon nanotube-graphene structures comprises the steps of: preparing a graphene oxide solution having functional groups providing negative charges; mixing the solution containing the graphene oxide with a solution containing carbon nanotubes (CNT) and a cationic surfactant for dispersing the carbon nanotubes; adding an activator to the mixed solution; filtering the mixed solution mixed with the activator; carrying out preliminary drying and heat treatment after the filtering step; and carrying out washing and secondary drying. The activated carbon nanotube-graphene structures having a three-dimensional structure according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of graphene oxide layers containing a functional group providing negative charges to both surfaces; a plurality of first carbon nanotubes having pillar-like shapes and bound to both surfaces of the graphene oxide layers in parallel therewith; and a plurality of second carbon nanotubes having pillar-like shapes and bound in such a manner that the lateral surfaces of the first carbon nanotubes bound to one surface of the graphene oxide layers may be connected with the lateral surfaces of the first carbon nanotubes bound to the opposite surface of the graphene oxide layers opposite to one surface of the graphene oxide layers, wherein the first carbon nanotubes and the second carbon nanotubes are negatively charged at both ends of the pillar shapes by the cationic surfactant, the lateral surfaces of the pillar shapes are positively charged, and the graphene oxide layers include a plurality of holes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
