The present invention relates to a specific Dpp gene derived from Bombyx mandarina, and relates to the gene expression thereof. The specific Dpp-expressed gene derived from Bombyx mandarina is different from the Dpp-expressed gene derived from Bombyx mori, known to have a function of promoting the human osteogenesis.
