The present invention relates to a device and a method to measure the abrasion of a TBM disc cutter, and a recording medium thereof. More specifically, the device includes: a main frame including a support pillar, and upper and lower plates placed on the support pillar at a distance from each other; a rock sample fixing part fixing a rock sample to a side of the lower plate; a disc fixing part fixing a disc to make the disc touch a side of the rock sample; a disc rotating member rotating the disc, touching the rock sample, around a central axis; and a load applying part controlling contact force between the rock sample and the disc.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
