The present invention relates to a system for online payment of tuition fees by a credit card and a processing method thereof. The system for online payment of tuition fees by a credit card allows a current situation of tuition payment to be checked in real time through automatic transmission/reception of data related to tuition fees among a school, a credit card company, a loan organization, a scholarship organization, and alliance banks by using virtual account numbers or actual account numbers. A registration result can be checked in a server of the loan organization or a server of the scholarship organization, and the registration result is sent using a text message or an electronic email, thereby improving efficiency in work related to tuition fees.
