In the present invention, disclosed is a motor controller which comprises: a rectifier to rectify an AC power source; an inverter which is connected to an output terminal of the rectifier to adjust three-phase voltage and frequency required for operating a motor; a detector to detect a position of a rotor of the motor; a control signal outputting device which outputs control signals in accordance with a position of the rotor detected from the detector, includes voltage switching patterns periodically repeated based on a phase angle in accordance with a position of the detected rotor, wherein the switching patterns include multiple voltage waveforms with different voltage values; and an inverter driver which is electrically connected between the control signal outputting device and the inverter to output signals for operating the inverter to the inverter in accordance with the control signals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
