The present invention relates to a method for preparing a model for evaluating a risk of fracture occurrence by allowing an x-ray image to correspond to a three-dimensional (3D) variable through image processing and using the 3D variable. The method comprises: a step of storing a plurality of two-dimensional (2D) X-ray images captured in different directions with respect to a preset bone area in a database storing a 3D model of the preset bone area; a 3D image processing step of extracting an origin point and a feature point from the stored 2D X-ray images by using an image matching technology using a space region method; a step of obtaining a 3D variable value indicating a 3D bonny tissue of the preset bone area by using a matched image through the 3D image processing step; a step of obtaining an image variable of the preset bone area by using the matched image through the 3D image processing step; a step of converting the 3D variable value and the image variable into a fracture risk point by using a linear regression; and a step of estimating a fracture risk by using the fracture risk point.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
