The present invention relates to novel silole derivatives for a hole transporting material of an organic electroluminescent device, and relates to an organic electroluminescent device using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to novel silole derivatives for a hole transporting material of an organic electroluminescent device, having a structure in which a terminal end of carbazole or triphenylamine derivatives is capped on a silole core to have excellent the light efficiency and color purity, and relates to an organic electroluminescent device using the same. The silole derivatives for a hole transporting material of an organic light-emitting device can exhibit excellent thermal stability and photophysical properties from an organic light-emitting device to a hole transporting material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
