Disclosed is a respiratory gating signal collecting apparatus for respiratory gated radiotherapy. Provided is a respiratory gating signal collecting apparatus for respiratory gated radiotherapy comprising: a luminescent patch attached to the human body and arranged to allow a plurality of point light sources to form apexes of the polygon; a camera photographing images of the movement of the luminescent patch in real time; and an expected trajectory signal generation unit extracting the point light sources from images collected from the camera, measuring the distance between the extracted point light sources, comparing the measured distance with the actual distance of the point light sources, generating a three-dimensional trajectory curve by collecting three-dimensional coordinates of the luminescent patch with respect to the camera, and analyzing the trajectory curve to generate the expected trajectory curve in real time so as to generate the expected trajectory signals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
