Disclosed are an apparatus for estimating pressure of a master cylinder, a method thereof, and an electronic stability control system using the same. The apparatus for estimating pressure of a master cylinder according to one embodiment of the present invention, in an apparatus for estimating pressure of a master cylinder which estimates pressure of the master cylinder in a brake control device having no pressure sensors detecting pressure of a master cylinder, comprises: a pedal travel detecting unit which detects displacement of a brake pedal; a deceleration detecting unit which detects deceleration of a vehicle; and an electronic control unit which compares a first pressure corresponding to a brake pedal displacement detected by the pedal travel detecting unit with a second pressure corresponding to a vehicle deceleration detected by the deceleration detecting unit, and estimates pressure of a master cylinder depending on the comparison result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
