In order to generate a table-top 3D display, an image, which stands upright from a table-top type display, is generated by using a sub-viewing zone (SVZ) which is reconstructed by using other element lenses different from a corresponding element lens. Therefore, the present invention adopts an integrated image display technology of a table-top type which can cover both eyes since the eyes lie on the same axis, and uses an array lens. By using a high order field of vision to configure the table-top 3D display, quality of the reconstructed image is improved as the order of a viewing zone (VZ) gets higher. Also, by attaching a linear prism on the lens array while adjusting an optical path, the field of vision can be expanded. The method according to the present invention comprises: an image acquiring step of displaying an elemental image under an elemental image plane and positioning the lens array to correspond to the elemental image on the elemental image plane such that brightness and depth information of an oblique projection view image is obtained through the lens array; a correcting step of correcting the depth information through an axis-transformation on the obtained oblique projection view image for the table-top 3D display; an elemental image generating step of generating the elemental image by using the corrected depth information; and a table-top display step.
