摘要

The present invention relates to a nanoplasmonic bio sensor for the label-free multi-detection of a bio marker, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method to detect a bio marker by using the same. According to the present invention, the nanoplasmonic bio sensor performs the label-free multi-detection of a plurality of bio markers within a short time by using gold nanoparticles connected with an antibody specifically combined with the bio markers. Therefore, according to the present invention, the nanoplasmonic bio sensor is able to be used variously for the detection of complex mixtures, the early detection of cancer, and the prevention of infection and nerve disorder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
