The present invention relates to a method to construct a micro-pile using a boring casing developed to prevent pressure-infiltrated grouting material from leaking from a void between the casing and a ground boring unit when constructing the micro-pile by a pressurized grouting method, and to the micro-pile manufactured thereof. In the present invention, provided are the method comprising: forming a ground boring unit and inserting a boring casing; forming a support layer boring unit; disposing a core material in the ground boring unit and the support layer boring unit; installing upper and lower packers in the boring casing; forming a first pressurizing spherical body; filling an upper part of the upper packer with a grouting material; installing a finish packer; and forming a second pressurizing spherical body and a third pressurizing spherical body, and the micro-pile manufactured thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
