According to the present invention, the system for remotely monitoring the status of a marine observation station includes: a first sensor which is installed in the tower and generates first monitoring data; a first recorder which is installed in the tower and records the first monitoring data generated by the first sensor; a second sensor which is installed in the sea-bed module and generates second monitoring data; a second recorder which is installed in the sea-bed module and records the second monitoring data generated by the second sensor; a communication unit which is installed in the tower, receives the first and second monitoring data from the first and second recorders as input, and processes the data as signals to transmit the data through an Internet service operator; a monitoring data receiving unit which processes the signals transmitted through the Internet service operator from the communication unit and acquires the first and second monitoring data; and a monitoring data analysis unit which receives the first and second monitoring data from the monitoring data receiving unit and analyzes the data. The first monitoring data is about the location and movement of the buoys, the voltage level of the batteries, and the status of the communication unit and the first recorder.
