摘要

The present invention relates to a nonplastic inorganic binder for filling and solidifying for ground reinforcement, a manufacturing method thereof, and a soil cover material produced by using the same. Specifically, the nonplastic inorganic binder for filling and solidifying for ground reinforcement comprises: 50-70 wt% of calcium aluminate-based slag produced in a second refining step of a steelmaking process and composed of 95 wt% or more of the total mount of C_12A_7 and C_3A; and 30-50 wt% of calcareous slag produced in a hot metal pretreatment step and composed of 50-70 wt% of Ca(OH)_2 and 5-20 wt% of unburned carbon existing in a kish carbon form. The calcium aluminate-based slag and the calcareous slag are mixed and ground into powder, and the mixed powder has a fineness degree of 3,500 cm^2/g or higher.
