The present invention relates to a joint composition, having improved adhesiveness, elongation, and durability, for an expansion joint of a concrete structure, and a method for repairing an expansion joint of a concrete structure using the same, wherein the joint composition comprises 5-98 wt% of a performance improver and 2-95 wt% of a filler; and the performance improver contains 40-98 wt% of polyurea, 1-30 wt% of silicon, 0.1-25 wt% of methyl acrylate-acrylonitrile, 0.1-25 wt% of polyester polyurethane, 0.1-25 wt% of butyl acrylate-styrene, 0.1-20 wt% of a styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid copolymer, 0.01-15 wt% of polyimide, 0.01-5 wt% of dibutyltin diacetate, and 0.1-5 wt% of triphenyl stybine. According to the present invention, the joint composition has excellent adhesiveness, elongation, and durability, thereby preventing a minute change in the length of the concrete structure caused by elongation and contraction of the length of the concrete structure by heat according to changes in surrounding temperature, and preventing the infiltration of rainwater or foreign materials through behavior in an integrated mode with a bridge and a concrete structure, thus minimizing damage to the expansion joint.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
