The present invention relates to a testing apparatus for analyzing hydraulic characteristics in a fluvial and a stream deposition layer and, more specifically, to a separable permeability testing apparatus which is capable of measuring drawdown of water level more precisely and ensures easy excavation of a fluvial and a stream deposition layer. According to the present invention, the separable permeability testing apparatus comprises: a plurality of hollow-body casings; a cover which is detachably combined to an upper part of the casing and on which a water supply hole is formed so as to supply water to the inside; and a water level controller installed between the nearby casings and inspecting inflows and out flows of stream water so as to control the water level in the casings.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
