An escape chamber management device managing the opening and closing of an escape chamber installed in individual households, an escape chamber management system and an escape chamber management method are disclosed. According to the present invention, the escape chamber management device comprises: a door opening and closing unit installed in a door of an escape chamber to sense and control the opening and closing of the door; an escape exit opening and closing unit installed in an escape exit to sense the opening and closing of the escape exit; a living compartment switch unit receiving an opening control of the door in a living compartment and issuing a switch instruction of the opening control; an escape chamber switch unit receiving an opening standby control enabling the door to be wait while the door is opened in the escape chamber and issuing a switch instruction of the inputted opening standby control; and a control unit receiving opening and closing information of the door, transmitting opening and closing application information of the door, receiving opening and closing information of the escape exit, and preventing the door of a direct upper household and a direct lower household from being uncontrolled while the door is opened to allow one household to exclusively and normally use the escape chamber while the control unit does not receive a fire occurring signal. The present invention protects privacy between the neighboring households and providing an intelligent fire escape path to protect lives of household residents.
