The present invention relates to a control apparatus for a skin treatment device treating the human skin by a treatment needle, and comprising: a control part (20); a voltage control part (50) controlling a voltage supplied from a power source (10) to the skin treatment device by the control of the control part; and a starting switch (80) turning the power supply between the voltage control part and the skin treatment device on and off. The control part controls the voltage control part to output a preset jump start voltage to the skin treatment device every time when the starting switch is turned on, if a jump start function is set. The jump start function is a function of starting the skin treatment device, when the operating voltage of the skin treatment device during treatment is lower than start voltage of the skin treatment device.
