The present invention relates to a construction method for a column structure (1) which is unified with a bottom structure (400) by installing a precast concrete hollow column (100) vertically on the top surface of the bottom structure (400). In the construction method of the present invention, the precast concrete hollow column (100) is made to have an external front end groove (130) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the bottom end; a supporting extending groove (430) is formed on the top surface of the bottom structure (400); the precast concrete hollow column (100) is vertically installed for the external front end groove (130) at the bottom end to be accommodated in a supporting extending groove (430); a filling material (C3) is placed in the supporting extending groove (430) for the precast concrete hollow column (100) and the bottom structure (400) to be integrated into one body; and, concrete (C2) is placed in the hollow hole of the precast concrete hollow column (100) for the column structure to be constructed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
