The purpose of the present invention is to improve precision of implant surgery by accurately obtaining an image with respect to an oral inside of an operated person. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a surgical guide, a crown, and an abutment for tooth implant surgery using a vertical dimension of an occlusion marker comprising: a first step of obtaining a primary scanning image by primary oral scanning in an occlusion state of upper and lower jaws after forming an occlusion mark by passing through alignment holes by installing dentures having multiple alignment holes in a tooth implanting target part of the operated person, obtaining a secondary scanning image by secondarily oral scanning the upper part of the tooth implanting target part at a distance away from the upper and lower jaws by installing multiple reference markers in a fixed gum adjacent to the tooth implanting target part while the dentures are removed, and obtaining a CT image by CT scanning the upper and lower jaws; a second step of obtaining a three-dimensional occlusion guide image by secondary matching in a difference map for outputting a conclusion degree between each image by overlapping the CT image and an integrated scanning image, in which a vertical dimension of a tooth is considered and which is obtained by primarily matching the primary scanning image and the secondary scanning image based on the the alignment hole and the occlusion marker, based on the reference marker; and a third step for manufacturing a surgical guide including a fixing groove part for setting the height of a crown based on the three-dimensional occlusion guide image, and concluded to correspond to an oral inner shape of the operated person, and a guide hole formed along a fixture implanting position corresponding to the set crown.
