An objective of the present invention is to accurately acquire an image for the inside of the mouth of a patient and improve the accuracy of implant placement. A divided vertical dimension measuring device comprises: a base plate including a target arch and first and second base units formed to cover an outer edge line of a dental arch of a confrontation arch to be inserted into the mouth and detachably coupled since the front and rear sides are separated from each other along a dividing line formed at a predetermined position; and an occlusal resin unit filled at upper and lower sides of the base plate and having one surface on which a molding groove unit molded with the target arch is formed and the other surface on which a securing groove unit molded with the end of the confrontation arch is formed to be cured since the target arch and the confrontation arch are pressed to obtain a predetermined vertical dimension.
