The present invention relates to a device for relaxation of neck muscles, which is simply portable and conveniently operable. The device for relaxation of neck muscles of the present invention comprises: a body unit constituting an exterior; a rotational rod which is installed in the body unit capable of rotating to one side, is inserted in an inner side of the body unit when rotating to one side, and upwardly has a stimulation bar, while being exposed to an outer side of the body unit when rotating to the other side; and a height adjustment means which adjusts the height while exposing the rotational rod.
