Disclosed are a reinforcing system of a reinforced concrete slab embedded in concrete to reinforce a slab, and a reinforced concrete slab having the same. The reinforcing system comprises: a slab reinforcing bar having a top bar to reinforce the slab and a lower bar provided below an upper bar, spaced apart from the upper bar by a predetermined distance; a shear reinforcing body settled in a vertical direction across the upper bar and a lower bar to resist shear of the slab; and a reinforcing body support settling the shear reinforcing body in a vertical direction in support of the shear reinforcing body. The reinforcing body support includes an upper support supporting an upper portion of the shear reinforcing body and a lower support supporting a lower portion of the shear reinforcing body. According to the present invention, since the shear reinforcing body is able to easily be arranged and disposed, a degree of freedom of installing the shear reinforcing body is able to significantly be enhanced; and since the shear reinforcing body is easily installed and released, construction work is simple and onsite workability enhanced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
