The present invention relates to a composition for predicting the reactivity of a platinum-based anticancer drug therapy in a patient with ovarian cancer, by detecting a level of methylation in a CpG region on a promoter of a H1 histone family, member 0 (H1F0) gene. The present invention further relates to a kit and a method thereof.
