MOBILE DEVICE BASED REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SYSTEM

Disclosed is a mobile device based real estate appraisal system to conveniently verify land characteristics in a site survey. To this end, the system includes: an electronic cadastral map database in which cadastral information of real estate to be appraised is stored; a real estate information database in which real estate information of the real estate to be appraised is stored; and a mobile device, in which a real estate site survey application that has authority to access the electronic cadastral map database and the real estate information database is installed, which outputs, at a request of a person who performs the site survey, the cadastral information and the real estate information of the real estate to be appraised that requires the real estate site survey via the real estate site survey application. According to the present invention, it is possible to considerably reduce the burden of expense of printing out paper plans, guarantee the convenience, accuracy and reliability of an appraisal and significantly increase the convenience of use of an appraisal result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
