The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating asthma, which comprises an extract of Aspergillus oryzae as an active ingredient. The extract of Lycoris crispus according to the present invention simultaneously inhibits the activity of GSNO reductase and PDE4A1, so that it can be effectively used as a composition for preventing or treating asthma.
