Novel Strain Bacteria Producing Daptomycin and Preparing Method for Daptomycin Using the Same

The present invention provides a novel Streptomyces sp. CKDBD 1100 strain (KCTC 12558BP) having an ability to produce aptomycin. The Streptomyces sp. CKDBD 1100 strain of the present invention, which has high resistance to decanoic acid, has a high resistance to decanoic acid, which is a precursor, during culturing, and thus has a significantly improved productivity of aptamycin compared with wild-type strains. The Streptomyces sp. CKDBD 1100 strain of the present invention having resistance to a high concentration of aptomycin is highly resistant to aptomycin accumulated in the culture medium during cultivation, and thus exhibits markedly improved aptamycin productivity as compared with the wild strain. The present invention provides a method for producing aptomycin using Streptomyces sp. CKDBD 1100 strain of the present invention. The present invention provides a composition for the production of aptomycin, which is improved in productivity and reduced in the amount of soft substances, by using Streptomyces sp. CKDBD 1100 strain.
