The present invention relates to a casino game management system which receives image information of cash or a check placed on a casino table, information of an ID of a dealer, and information about counted chips from an external automatic counter. The casino game management system comprises: a database unit to store personal information of the dealer corresponding to the ID of the dealer, the image information of the cash or the check, and the information about the counted chips; and a server to store the personal information of the dealer corresponding to the ID of the dealer, the image information of the cash or the check, and the information about the counted chips inputted from the automatic counter in the database unit. Accordingly, when a customer pays cash or a check at a table, the dealer places a number of chips corresponding to the amount paid on the counter. When the chip amount is equal to the cash or the check paid by the customer, confirmation information is transmitted for final management to subsequently check information to verify an error and reveal a person responsible for the error if an amount of a drop box is different from the number of chips paid.
