The present invention relates to a focus adjusting device for a micro-miniature projector mounted on a small device such as a mobile terminal. Specifically, the focus adjusting device, which adjusts the focus by moving a main tube composed of a plurality of projection lenses back and forth in the optic axis direction inside the body of a projector, includes: a lead screw which is installed to be rotatable inside the body of the projector; a bracket which supports the both ends of the lead screw to be rotatable; a carriage which is screw-combined with the lead screw and moves in parallel with the optic axis direction, by the rotational movement of the lead screw; and a bridge which is extended on the outer circumferential surface of the main tube and is combined to hold the carriage. The carriage includes an elastic part which is elastically transformed on the lead screw, when the carriage is moved to at least one end of the lead screw, so the movement is limited by the bracket. As the carriage is elastically transformed and opened, when the carriage is placed at the both ends of the lead screw so it is not movable due to the bracket, thereby preventing from being trapped in the lead screw.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
