According to an embodiment of the present invention, a multiple ranking estimation method by using pairwise comparison data comprises: a step of inputting information on pairwise comparison data as input data; and a step of generating multiple ranking data based on the input data. The input data includes: a collection of a plurality of respondents; a collection of a plurality of items; and a collection of a plurality of the pairwise comparison data. Each of the pairwise comparison data is data which has determined a preference between two items according to a determination criterion among a plurality of determination criteria.
