The present invention relates to a heat-desorption system of oil-contaminated soil by direct irradiation of microwave and a method of heat-desorbing oil-contaminated soil using the same, and more specifically, to a device and method to economically purify soil contaminated by contaminants such as various oils, heavy metals and organic wastes by direct irradiation of microwave. According to the heat-desorption system of the oil-contaminated soil by direct irradiation of microwave, neighboring contaminated soil can be directly heated and heat desorption efficiency is thus high, because heat is generated from the surface of a heater by mixing a particle-type heater including a specific ceramic mixed composition with contaminated soil and directly irradiating microwave to the contaminated soil, and high production efficiency can be advantageously secured because a purification operation can be completed with one treatment of contaminated soil. Also, high economic efficiency can secured and practical applicability can be thus remarkably improved, because wasted materials, discharged in deferrization process or the like, are used as a raw material for heater particles and no or a minimal amount of conventional expensive materials are thus used to accomplish the purpose of the present invention.
