The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a tube-type liquid membrane, a tube-type lipid membrane thereby, and a biomembrane element comprising the same. Provided is a biosignal detection technique on the basis of biomimetic cilia, for manufacturing a long and thin tube-type artificial biomembrane structure formed on a substrate by using a lipid material which a structural material of actual cilia. The biosignal detection technique is capable of copying a biosignal detecting function, which is a core function of the cilia therethrough, and detecting the biosignal which is a fundamental causing factor of diseases more effectively than the conventional dual membrane with a plane-type or spherical-type liposome structure.
