The present invention relates to an eco-friendly irrigation canal which can prevent water leakage and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly irrigation canal which comprises: a body whose top end and both ends are opened and which forms a waterway; an inserting unit connected to one end of the body to have a concave groove formed on the end surface; and an inserting unit connected to the other end of the body and formed to be greater than the width of the inserting unit to have an uneven surface. Accordingly, the present invention can easily connect and install irrigation canals, prevent leakage of mortar when injecting mortar, and prevent water leakage in the connecting parts of irrigation canals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
