ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY PLASTERING ADDITIVES CONTAINING VEGETABLE ADDITIVES, PLASTERING CEMENT USING SAME, AND MORTAR

The present invention relates to an environmental-friendly plastering additive containing vegetable additives, plastering cement using the same, and mortar. The environmental-friendly plastering additive containing vegetable additives according to the present invention includes: gypsum; activated carbon; the vegetable additives; and an adsorptive deodorant. As the gypsum, dihydrate gypsum or anhydrous gypsum is used. The activated carbon is produced by a process including the steps of: cutting and treating bamboo, oak, and pine at 500-1000 mm; producing the activated carbon obtained by carbonizing the bamboo, oak, and pine, which are cut and treated, at a temperature of 1000-1500 °C separately; sorting and separating the carbonized activated carbon; and grinding the separated activated carbon and sorting the activated carbon of which a grain size is within a range of 50-250 mesh. The vegetable additives are produced by mixing a ginkgo leaf powder and a mugwort powder. The ginkgo leaf powder and the mugwort powder are mixed at a weight ratio of 60:40 to 40:60. The adsorptive deodorant is produced by mixing Diatomaceous earth, zeolite, an absorbent, and gelite. With the configuration, the environmental-friendly plastering additive containing the vegetable additives is capable of increasing a congelation speed by rapidly evaporating moisture with the gypsum in the case of congelation in an early stage of hardening; preventing cracks on a floor surface or a wall surface of a building due to rapid drying by slowing drying by a continuous moisture supply of the activated carbon or the adsorptive deodorant in the case of drying after the congelation; being widely used not only as a harmless building material, but also as an eco-friendly building material by being produced using the vegetable additives useful to health; and forming an eco-friendly residential space.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
