According to a heat pump comprising a compressor, an expansion valve, a liquid receiver, a four-way valve, and an oil separator, the evaporative condenser integrated heat pump comprises: an indoor heat exchanger; an outdoor heat exchanger; a preheating heat exchanger where a pipe conveying a refrigerant leaked from the indoor heat exchanger is extended near the outdoor heat exchanger; and a blower unit allowing outdoor air to be introduced to flow from the preheating heat exchanger to the outdoor heat exchanger. The preheating heat exchanger is operated during heating operation of the heat pump.
