Therefore, by using the channel management method according to the present invention, unnecessary retransmission operations and power consumption of the mobile station can be reduced by preventing an increase in the number of unnecessary retransmissions in a mobile communication system using a multi-carrier structure, The effect of preventing performance degradation can be obtained.
