Disclosed is a fabric for special clothes of fire fighting clothing and chemical protection clothing. More particularly, the fabric for special clothes comprises: a first layer composed of heat resistant or fire retardant fabric; a second layer which is arranged on one side of the first layer and is made of a soft material having rubber-like elasticity, wherein the second layer seals one side of the first layer while flexibly being deformed as a film by isotropic elasticity; and a third layer arranged on one side of the second layer, forming a single fiber layer by connecting the space formed between two fabrics with a pile yard having elasticity.
