The open-type wall module of the present invention comprises: a load support wall structure which has a structure body function which resists a vertical and a horizontal load where a piping facility, including a water supply pipe and a water discharge pipe, is buried in advance and installed, and which is formed to secure three or more classified open spaces (S1, S2, S3) formed on the sides of each wall with an H-shaped flat surface structure with a plurality of walls connected; and a temporary wall structure finished by being integrated with the end unit of the load support wall structure to secure a residence space including a bathroom facility, bedroom furniture, and kitchen furniture in the open space.
