The present invention relates to a brain-brain interface device. The device, when processing brain-brain interfacing, uses a brainwave magnetic resonance technology in order to measure magnetic resonance signals generated from an area in the brain of a first target; to produce original data including three dimensional location information corresponding to the location of the brain from which the measured magnetic resonance signals are generated, frequency information of the magnetic resonance signals, and links about the location information on the brain in relation to the magnetic resonance signals; to generate data arrangements which are a collection of original data over time; to extract information on intention of the magnetic resonance signals based on predetermined locations of the brain and the data arrangements and to determine connections between intention and determination; to extract predetermined brain functions depending on the extracted intention information if the magnetic resonance signals are determined to have a connection between intention and determination; to set laser irradiation time and the brain location of a second target matched with the extracted brain function; and to output focused lasers with a femtosecond unit for the same to be irradiated on the brain location of the second target during the predetermined laser irradiation time. With the composition, the present invention is capable of precisely performing control with a high spatial resolution under a non-invasive condition in controlling the recognition and nerve function stimulated with lasers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
