Disclosed is a method for providing a job advertisement reference service for showing the qualification of a job seeker for a job advertisement post. A job advertisement server provides multiple job advertisements to a job seeker terminal. The job advertisement server receives a selection command with respect to the multiple job advertisements from the job seeker terminal, writes out a comparison table of the job advertisements and shows the degree of corresponding to the job seeker′s preference on the comparison table. Therefore, the job seeker can directly compare the multiple interesting job advertisements in a visual manner and also is provided with the numbers of qualification degrees for the job seeker.
