The present invention relates to a power-efficient receiving apparatus. The power-efficient receiving apparatus which receives a radio frequency signal according to the present invention includes: a low-noise amplifier (LNA) to amplify and output an input voltage signal; a voltage-mode passive mixer to convert the frequency by using the voltage signal output from the LNA; a baseband low pass filter (LPF) to transmit the voltage signal with the frequency lower than a cutoff frequency and interrupt the voltage signal with the frequency higher than the cutoff frequency among the voltage signals by the voltage-mode passive mixer; and a transimpedance amplifier (TIA) to amplify and output the voltage signal output from the baseband LPF. The present invention has an effect of increasing the linearity of the receiving apparatus because out-of-band blocker rejection performance is progressed by improving a frequency selectivity characteristic of an LNA output.
