Disclosed are a device and a method for controlling constant current-constant voltage charging for inducing full charge of a rechargeable battery. According to the present invention, a constant current-constant voltage charging control device induces full charge of a rechargeable battery by artificially adjusting a point of converting a type of charging of a charger from constant current charging to constant voltage charging in consideration of the resistance of the rechargeable battery in a constant current-constant voltage charging type.
