The present invention relates to a producing method of an energy bar using edible insects, which can enable users to easily intake various nutrients and, more specifically, to a producing method of an energy bar for weight loss using edible insects, comprising the following steps: producing edible insect powder; producing a first mixture by roasting quinoa and nuts; producing a second mixture by mixing the edible insect powder, multi-vitamin powder, and grains in the roasted first mixture; producing sugar water by mixing sugar and water; producing a butter solution by mixing the sugar water and butter; heating the butter solution; producing liquid energy bar by injecting and mixing the second mixture in the butter solution; forming the liquid energy bar after injecting the liquid energy bar into a molding frame; and producing an energy bar for weight loss by hardening the liquid energy bar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
