According to the present invention, a solar cell power generation system comprises: a solar cell module array converting optical energy into electric energy; an inverter converting a direct current, generated from the array, into an alternate current; a charger installed between the array and the inverter; a charge controller determining whether to charge or discharge the charger; and a control unit outputting an operating signal to the charge controller and the inverter. The control unit is formed to charge the charger with the power, generated from the solar cell module array in a low power generation section, and discharge the electricity in the charger when the insolation of a normal power generation section is low. The low power generation section is set to be a period of a first time after sunrise and a second time before sunset, and the normal power generation section is set from the first time to the second time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
