The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a slag coagulant using a rotary kiln. The manufacturing apparatus of the slag coagulant using waste heat of the rotary kiln includes: a main combustion chamber in which a first disposal material is inputted; an additional combustion chamber, which is formed at the outside of the main combustion chamber to surround the surface of the main combustion chamber with a separation space between the chambers, and in which slag coagulant composition is inputted to the separation space to perform a heat treatment of the slag coagulant composition by waste heat of the main combustion chamber; and a blowing means for transmitting heat energy of the main combustion chamber to the additional combustion chamber. Accordingly, when the heat treatment of the slag coagulant composition is performed, the waste heat (indirect heat) released from the main combustion chamber of the rotary kiln is recycled to perform the heat treatment, thereby reducing energy dissipation and environmental pollution.
