The present invention provides a customized management expenses bill production system which can print out bills in a various format and can selectively apply a multi-advertising depending on the size of a house, households, an age group of the householder and an apartment complex. The customized management expenses bill producing system which prints out in a various format, according to the present invention, is as follows. The system selects a management expenses bill format. The system forms the management expenses bill by extracting an advertising image. The system transmits the formed management expenses bill to a printer and prints out. Therefore, the system produces a management expenses bill which is different from a uniform format having standardized size and print patterns, and has a full-colored, various sizes and formats depending on the size of a house, households, an age group of the householder, apartment complex, and payment means, thereby having various contents depending on residents. The system is free from a limit that only standardized advertisements are displayed on the management expenses bill of the entire apartment complex without the distinction of households, and selects advertisements and applies the same, according to the size of a house, households, an age group of the householder, apartment complex, and the amount of management expenses to be paid.
